With over 18 years of experience in the grocery world and 9 years working as the Director of Co-Packing for a large bread manufacturer, Monte Russo specializes in scaling production for private labels, food service, grocery chains, and other brands. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Monte transitioned from working with a single source manufacturer to becoming an valued expert consultant. This shift allowed Monte to leverage his expertise by collaborating with multiple factories, which have contracted Lakeview World Wide to identify and secure business opportunities that align with their capabilities and customer needs. Monte has worked directly with customers like Trader Joe's, Costco, Whole Foods, Publix, and Sysco, to name a few.

Known in the industry as a "matchmaker for baking," Monte coined the term "match-bake" to describe our unique approach. Lakeview World Wide works exclusively with "best-of-breed" factories that have invested in additional equipment and expanded their facilities to accommodate future growth. These strategically located bakeries are equipped to manage just-in-time frozen-thaw programs, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of truckloads of high-quality bread and other bakery products. Lakeview World Wide meticulously qualifies all parties and facilitates introductions between factories and bakeries based on each other's needs. By bringing everyone together, Lakeview World Wide ensures a seamless and successful partnership between its clients and provides continuous support that fosters growth and satisfaction for both the manufacturers and the brands they serve.
